Project Overview
JP Tech was contracted to dismantle a Komatsu 730E haul truck at Samples Mine in West Virginia to prepare it for export.
Our field mechanics, service trucks, and rigging crews handled the full teardown, component staging, and secure loadout required for international shipment.
Work performed:
- Disassembly of upper and lower assemblies
- Safe extraction and handling of major components
- Rigging and loading onto specialized trailers
- Securement procedures for long-distance transport
- Coordination with our Heavy Haul Division for port delivery
The 730E was shipped to a port in Texas for overseas export. The machine left the mine fully prepped, compliant, and ready for end-destination assembly.
